Headache treatment
Particular attention is paid to the treatment of cervicogenic headaches and tension headaches, which are often associated with disorders of the cervical spine and prolonged muscle tension.

Cervicogenic headaches are caused by problems with the cervical spine (osteochondrosis, hernias, spasms), and are treated with manual therapy and reflexology to help restore normal spinal function and relieve pain.

Tension headache, which often occurs due to stress, poor posture or prolonged physical activity, is treated with gentle manual therapy and reflexology.
